Road to Happiness

Road to HappinessSome time ago, I decided to write a book about Customer Happiness and Customer Support in general. The whole point of my book would be to tell my story to the world – how I got involved with Customer Happiness, what I’ve been through over the years, and how I created a career by delivering happiness and helping people.

After a while, I realized that instead of writing a book, I should create an ebook. This way, I would be able to upload it to my website and share it with more people. And that’s exactly what I’m going to do 🙂

The 4th Customer Happiness Meetup

chbelgrade mascotIt’s been a while since the whole idea around the Customer Happiness meetup was born. Almost a year has passed and so far, we’ve already had 3 meetups in Belgrade. Isn’t that awesome? 🙂

From a small idea to registering at the official Meetup website; from starting the Customer Happiness community to organizing the 4th meetup already!

I can’t express how proud and happy I am because of these ongoing meetups. The first meetup was a blast! It was the spark that started the Customer Happiness community in Serbia which has grown significantly ever since. The second and the third meetup were also held last year and they were a complete success. However, I decided to take the Customer Happiness meetup to the next level this year! 🙂

How does a company go from being Product driven or Sales driven to being Customer driven? Why should any company try to become customer-centric in its power core?
