Support Driven in Belgrade – April 1-2, 2019

One of the largest Customer Support conferences in the world is finally coming to Europe! Support Driven Expo will be held in Belgrade on April 1-2, 2019. Here’s the announcement post on our official Customer Happiness website in Serbian.

Anyway, if you’re working as a Customer Support Specialist or if you just want to learn more about supporting customers in general, joining Support Driven community is a fantastic way to increase your knowledge in this area (and meet some really cool people!).

The 6th Customer Happiness Meetup

Last year in December, the 6th Customer Happiness meetup was held. I am proud to say that for the first time ever, we organized a panel discussion with the topic of Career in Customer Happiness.

Another great addition to this meetup (and the last one which was held in July) is the job board. At the beginning of the meetup, all interested companies have an opportunity to present their job offers for Customer Support positions. This is something that I’d like to see become consistent with more and more companies willing to participate. What better place to find Customer Support specialists than a Customer Happiness meetup, right? 🙂

The 5th Customer Happiness Meetup is Today!

I can’t say how excited I am about today’s Customer Happiness meetup. It’s gonna be the best one so far and we’ll have three talks, lots of swag, networking, drinks, catering, and good mood 🙂

I am especially proud of the Job Board we added where companies will have the opportunity to present their job offerings to the attendees. I can’t wait! And I hope to see you there! 🙂
