Some time ago, I decided to write a book about Customer Happiness and Customer Support in general. The whole point of my book would be to tell my story to the world – how I got involved with Customer Happiness, what I’ve been through over the years, and how I created a career by delivering happiness and helping people.
After a while, I realized that instead of writing a book, I should create an ebook. This way, I would be able to upload it to my website and share it with more people. And that’s exactly what I’m going to do 🙂
In the upcoming months, I’ll be publishing articles with the title Road to Happiness – Part (number). At the bottom of each of these articles, I will add a link to the next and/or previous article. By the time I publish the last article in the series, I will have created a complete ebook with the title – Road to Happiness. I will also upload it in a PDF format so that it can be downloaded.
Why am I doing this? I want to share my story. I want to share my experience. Someone might find it useful, someone might find it funny, someone might find it completely redundant. At the end, it should be a nice story which should be both funny and useful. I hope you’ll like it! 🙂
