This year in September, WordCamp Poland will take place in Cracow. I am extremely excited to be one of the speakers which granted me the opportunity to talk about The Art of Support – Growing Your WordPress Customer Base by Using the Word of Mouth.
Considering the importance of WordCamps, I am looking forward to visiting Poland and the beautiful city of Cracow and more importantly, I can’t wait to share my thoughts on the subject of Customer Support in the WordPress ecosystem with all WordCamp attendees.
I had an awesome WordCamp time in Prague, Belgrade and Seville and I can hardly wait to add Cracow to this list! 🙂
The day I waited for a long time finally came – the first Customer Happiness meetup was held on the 3rd of July on Friday! What can I say except that I am so grateful that this meetup happened. Thank you Devana for providing a beautiful venue on the very top of Belgrade, thank you speakers for holding awesome presentations and thank you attendees! History happened, we’ve created something new for Serbia and the best is yet to come.
Around 35+ people showed up. We’ve had support ninjas from Limundo, Kupindo, Nordeus, Infostud and Orion. Please forgive me if I left someone out and ping me so that I can add you into the post. Cheers!
What can I say, whoever attended WordCamp Belgrade could confirm how awesome it was! Great people, fantastic lectures and a lot of positive energy. Everybody had lots of fun, me and my colleague gave away more than 250 ManageWP t-shirts, coasters and stickers. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s contributors day!
