Around two months ago, while driving through Serbia, our car suddenly started beeping. We first thought the beeping was part of the song that was on the radio, but it wasn’t. The beeping would last for a couple of seconds and then it would repeat after ~10 minutes. Soon, we would hear the beeping every 2 minutes.
I pulled over and started inspecting. No red lights and errors on the dashboard, no any obvious indications of the problem. So, we opened all the doors including the trunk, and closed them again, to make sure they are really closed. And, the culprit was revealed! The system was reporting that the trunk door was still open, even though it was closed. The red light flashed. And it was annoying!

As a Happiness Engineer, you’ll work full-time from your home (with salary and benefits) to help people with their websites and blogs. It’s helpful to have some familiarity with HTML, CSS, and WordPress. Critical is a genuine desire to help people.

Last year in December, the 6th Customer Happiness meetup was held. I am proud to say that for the first time ever, we organized a panel discussion with the topic of Career in Customer Happiness.
Another great addition to this meetup (and the last one which was held in July) is the job board. At the beginning of the meetup, all interested companies have an opportunity to present their job offers for Customer Support positions. This is something that I’d like to see become consistent with more and more companies willing to participate. What better place to find Customer Support specialists than a Customer Happiness meetup, right? 🙂
