Grand Meetup in Canada

Once a year, all the Automatticians gather in one place for a week. It’s a week when I have a chance to meet my colleagues in person and we call it the Grand Meetup! This year, its location – Whistler, Canada.

Impressions

It was great, it was fun, it was incredible! With 460 Automatticians at one place, it’s almost impossible to meet everyone! However, everyone I met and spoke with was super friendly and I am proud to be a part of a company that has such great people.

I was lucky enough to attend WordCamp Frankfurt this year and staff the Jetpack and WooCommerce booth. I had a blast, I met two of my fellow Automatticians (Cécile and  Thomas), and I had a chance to talk with our customers. It was awesome!

Finding free images on the web can sometimes be a challenge because most of them are subject to copyright laws. Nevertheless, there are services that offer free images you can use for your website and share with everyone publicly. My favorite one is Pixabay. Check it out!
