For all WordPress enthusiasts and Customer Support lovers, this is the right place. My name is Davor Altman and I am a WordPress fanatic and Customer Support addict. I work as a Happiness Engineer at Automattic and I also started the Customer Happiness community in my beloved Serbia.
Just a bit more about me – I am a bald but bold chess fanatic ♔ who loves playing tennis 🎾, table tennis 🏓, video games 🎮, and watching movies and tv shows! 📺 Also, I am a big fan of Carl Jung, Michael Jordan, Iron Maiden, and Novak Djokovic. For some reason (I cannot explain why), I am also obsessed with dragons and I collect small figurines of them 🐲
This blog is mainly about my two greatest passions
That doesn’t mean you can’t find a good book here or a funny video (yes, you can ☺️) or something else entirely. The main focus, though, is on WordPress tutorials and Customer Happiness stories. And banana split, of course 😎 (it used to be for three years, now it’s cheesecake!)
I’m also a speaker at WordCamps and various events. At one point in my life, I decided to fight my fear of public speaking. And I’ve been fighting against it ever since! ⚔
